Let's try this again.

Pin It There's no better time to start over on your fitness/health goals than the first of the year, so here we go...

I'm doing the #30daywin challenge on instagram (follow me @quelyn01), basically working every day for the next 30 days. I'm also tracking everything again.

I've cleaned out my cupboards from most of the Christmas candy and goodies....

I am also going to post more recipes :)
